職位描述:
1)Regional marketing information collection and marketing trend track & analysis
Be able to report sales team performance neutrally and objectively from individual specific view and correspondingly adjust promotion strategy. Help RSM to track performance of DSMs and team members. Prepare reviews for senior management director/RSM. Identify opportunities and risks in regional market, help RSMs take action quickly.
Collect local market competitive products information. Based on CPA data and aim to analysis and research of competitors, work out the corresponding marketing promotion strategy. Monthly report for competitor trends, UCB product sales progress and our market opportunity analysis.
2)Design, scheme, organize and implement the regional activities
Co-ordinate with brand managers to understand local competitions situation. Help central marketing dept. to work out promotion plans which should be fit for actual market in local place. Design, plan and implement regional activities and provide report for the status, quality and effectiveness of the activities. Maintain and apply related activities in ARC system.
3)Effectively handle and follow up the central market projects
Communicate for reaching an agreement with Sales before the Nitrates project opening, follow up in the process, effective handle the quality of project implementation and analyze the evaluation report after the project closing.
4)Transmit product information accurately
Be able to fully understand UCB marketing strategy for target products and effectively transmit it to local sales team; Be the bridge of effective communication between marketing dept and sales dept. Organize the product training for Sales Rep of Nitrates team per month and examination regularly.
5)Establish the Experts Network and KOL management
Be able to develop and work with medicals lead to establish the regional expert network. Add value for long term development in local market for UCB products. Visit hospital and experts in required intervals.
6)Front sales visit assistance & coaching and effective clients visit
Understand UCB product status in local market and properly carry out the central marketing strategy, which can be fit for the regional client characters. Effectively help and coach the regional front sales to manage their account. Help them to effectively manage the region and allocate the resource so as to improve the regional sales effectiveness. Each month, this position holder should provide Sales Rep visit assistance no less than 8 days.
Requirements:
Education Background
-Bachelor degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Commerce and Marketing is a plus
-Fluent in both oral and written English
-Good command of Computer
Experience & Personality
-Experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a pharmaceutical / health care environment
-Good mentality, time-management and influence skills
-Good business ethics and integrity
