職位描述:
Major Accountabilities主要職責(zé):
1.Delivering Results (as per local expectations) 完成區(qū)域銷售目標(biāo)
■ Sets challenging and realistic goals設(shè)定有挑戰(zhàn)性的并且可實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)
■ Supports assigned regional goals and commits to deliver on those goals
支持指定的區(qū)域目標(biāo)并且承諾去實(shí)現(xiàn)這些目標(biāo)
■ Ensures that while regional goals are met, individual district goals are also met or exceeded
確保區(qū)域及個(gè)人的銷售目標(biāo)能完成或者超額完成
2. Business planning 業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃
■Executes commercial, marketing and financial strategies at the regional/national level
在負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)執(zhí)行業(yè)務(wù)、市場(chǎng)及財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略
■Adapts regional/national business strategy to regional/national business environment

■Participates in business planning at the regional/national level

■Leverages knowledge of marketing strategy, brand messages, competitors and disease area to optimise the sales plan

3. People Management人員管理
■ Ensures that DMs/ FLSMs comply with all various personnel related guidelines and SOPs
確保主管及地區(qū)經(jīng)理遵守所有人事相關(guān)的指導(dǎo)方針和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序
■ Ensures all performance development processes are carried out for all team members
確保向所有團(tuán)隊(duì)成員貫徹業(yè)績(jī)管理
■Coaches DMs/ FLSMs on all leadership capabilities and people management aspects
對(duì)主管及地區(qū)經(jīng)理提供領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和人員管理方面的輔導(dǎo)
4. Customer Management客戶管理
■ Ensures that call frequency of DMs/ FLSMs is achieved
確保主管及地區(qū)經(jīng)理達(dá)到拜訪次數(shù)的要求
■ Ensures implementation of customer management strategy for the organisation
確保客戶管理戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施
5. Financial, administration & information management 財(cái)務(wù)、行政及信息管理
■ Ensures adequate controls in place to monitor regional/national and district budget utilisation
保證有足夠的控制措施來(lái)檢測(cè)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域及地區(qū)的預(yù)算使用率
■ Acts upon reposts generated from company sales information systems to improve regional/national business performance按照公司銷售信息系統(tǒng)得到的信息來(lái)改善所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售業(yè)績(jī)
Job Profile(Education & Experience)崗位要求 (學(xué)歷及經(jīng)驗(yàn)):
學(xué)歷
1.Relevant University Degree 相關(guān)大學(xué)學(xué)位
2.Very good command of English良好英文水平
3.Proficiency of computer literate熟練計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)
經(jīng)驗(yàn)
10+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position, preferably with a multinational company
10年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少5年的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有跨國(guó)公司經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先
