職位描述:
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責:
1. To develop and have agreed, marketing plans (situation analysis, strategy, objectives, action plan and control) to maximise profitability and build product awareness.
2. To develop and organise, with the support of the Medical Manager communication campaigns (i.e. conferences, symposia, round tables) for assigned product.
3. To develop promotion materials for assigned product and present to sales team as sales support tool.
4. To prepare, in collaboration with Marketing Manager, plans for new product development (esp. packaging) and implement launching.
5. To monitor product performance and profits of assigned product on local market and adapt marketing plan accordingly.
6. To develop and maintain assigned professional expertise and keep abreast of market trends bearing on own product.
7. To develop and keep good relationship with key opinion leaders
Education 學歷
1. Medical/pharmaceutical University Degree or equivalent through experience
2. MBA graduate is preferable
3. Good Command of English
Experience經驗
1. 5+ years experience in Product Management with a multinational pharmaceutical company
2. Min 2 year of medical sales experience
