Job Purpose
Develop and implement a channel model that will transform the current channel and support sustainable high business growth in China for Medtronic
Responsibilities
Lead a project team to evaluate the current channel model
Identify room for improvements
Develop a channel model that will
Strengthen customer engagement
Address the operational inefficiencies
Minimize systemic integrity issues
Build a team to implement the strategy within anagreed timeline.
Qualifications
Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including English skills in writing, reading and speaking Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements Client and customer focused in all aspects Process Orientated Willingness to assist others and understand customer requirements Strong analytical and problem solving skills Well developed professional attributes, including decisiveness, commitment, initiative, energy and drive Can work autonomously but is also a team player Ability to work effectively in a team environment Self motivated and positive Outgoing and friendly “can do” attitude Qualifications: Multi-year work experience in MNC, medical equipment industry preferred Have commercial experience, can draft contract format Have channel management experience Process and Quality mindset Understanding to Import/Export transaction Good communication skill This job need to be based in Shanghai Bachelors degree and/or Masters
