Description: Advanced application: leading NPI clinical input/support clinical study and help to do the analysisSupport the introduction of new products transferring the clinical expertise to the downstream team.Support resolution of clinical post market product issuesKey Responsibilities/essential functions include: Responsible for user perspective of all New Program (NPI) specifications, including • Consultation to engineering team regarding medical applications • Testing for equipment workflow and simplification of user interface • Leading Clinical or External evaluation, develop work statements. • Product feature delivery -protocol database, operator manuals • Training Field Applications Specialists (before product launch) and supporting new feature (along with program) • Image collection for current / future programs and trade show support • Image review and evaluation for programsResponsible for Global customer voice (VOC) collection• Lead field applications team to collect customer &quality feedback, provide issue resolution for product before launch (Pre-M4 product) and product installed in the market (IB product) through complaints. • Build strong relationship with customers to collect customer voice (VOC) for common needs, pole specific needs and future needs. • Work with marketing team to share customer needs and set priorities for future programs and install-based programs (IB programs) based on customer point of view. • Support clinical study by clinical knowledgeRequired Qualifications: • Bachelor's or above degree on medicine(radiology diagnostic) or equivalent experience • Self confident and global minded • Demonstrated leadership skills • Sound radiology clinical experience, preferably in the medical field • Ability to travel significantly• Good Customer& marketing sense歡迎有放射科或影像科醫院背景的人選投簡歷。
