Program Description: The Center for Primary Care Practice and Education (CPCPE) was founded by United Family Healthcare (UFH) in June 2012 to enhance the primary care expertise in the UFH health system and China. Our vision is for UFH to become an internationally recognized model of excellence for integrated, effective, safe and accessible health care. To achieve this vision, the CPCPE develops, disseminates and implements standards for the ongoing practice, education and training of healthcare personnel engaged in an integrated delivery of all aspect of care within the United Family Healthcare system. It is our hope that the Center’s success will benefit United Family Healthcare, its affiliated facilities and China’s primary care community. The degree of supervision will depend on the tier.Participate in the three tier evaluation process. Each tier includes clinical rotations and evaluations such as verbal or written testing.Salary will progress with passing of each tier. Has had direct patient care experience in at least one of the following specialties: General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology.Must have completed 3 year residency program in a Chinese government approved programPhysical requirements: Able to see, hear, write, type, and walk and to meet the usual demands of being a physician without additional assistance. This may include working up to 13hours a day for several days in a row. Language abilities: Should have good mandarin Chinese and English skillsLicensing: Candidates must have valid Chinese physician license in the Chinese health system at the time of hiring.全科醫生培訓生申請者須符合以下要求：中國國籍；完成碩士或以上醫學教育，并有至少在普外，內科，兒科或婦產科兩年的臨床工作經驗；必須已經在指定的醫療機構完成住院醫師規范化培訓；身體健康，能夠承受臨床醫生的工作強度；良好的中，英文聽說讀寫能力；必須具備有效的中國醫師資格及執業證書。Learning and developmentDuring TrainingParticipate in a curriculum written by experienced family medicine faculty with previous experience in family medicine residency programs in the United StatesBe mentored by an international team of family physicians who have trained in and practice family medicine in China and all over the worldBe taught by an international team of specialists who have trained in and practice in China and all over the world with other family physiciansTake regular assessments similar to examinations offered in the United States to family medicine residentsUpon Successful CompletionWill be able to work in an English speaking international healthcare environment comfortably Help train other family physicians for UFH and ChinaBe eligible for full employment at one of UFH’s markets.
