崗位職責Responsibilities:•Admission registration including preparing in-patient admission folder,create in-patient file in the PIMs, room notification to front desk, etc•Discharge procedures including patient bill activities, follow-up booking,copy document accordingly, collation the records and return all patient files to correct department, etc•Updating patient information board which should correspond with front desk board• Update in-patient‘s daily bill• Coordination between nursing, medical and administrative staff• Booking and contact with Specialist consultation• Operation booking in PIMS.• NICU paper supply and file collation.• Other tasks assigned by nurses.• In charge of training for Trakcare as Super users• Help the nurses the calculate the workload• Count the monthly peds-in and NICU admission number and report to department chairman and department head nurse• Capable to cross cover other in-patient workOther Duties Performed-• Dealing with phone calls• Typing duties• Supply issues• Delivering samples to lab if needed• Pick up consumables when ward is busy.任職條件•Education Requirement—graduate from college•Language Requirement--Fluent English Communication Skills•Experience Requirement-- Internship experiences or secretarial, assistant working experienecs is preferred.職位概述Works in the peds-in department to coordinate the efforts of medical, administrative and nursing staff.
