職位概述Provides psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments. Keeps accurate assessment records and writes assessment reports. 崗位職責(zé)1.Insuring patient confidentiality2.Providing the same level of service regardless of patient background. 3.Keeping adequate and timely progress notes and client records. 4.Working with other medical staff to insure continuity of care5.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of psychological assessment.任職條件Qualifications:1.Doctoral (PhD, PsyD, EdD) or Master’s (MA, MS) degree from an accredited institution.2.Internship at an accredited placement.3.Licensure in state, province, or country of origin. 4.At least two years of experience performing psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments and writing reports as a licensed practitioner5.Previous training, workshops or experience performing assessments in a cross-cultural setting. Skills:1.Requisite skills in psychological evaluation.2.Ability to administer a wide range or psychological assessments including, but not limited to, WAIS, WISC, MMPI, MMPI-A, ADOS, Bayley, WIAT, CVLT.3.Ability to administer psychological assessments to both adults and children.4.Ability to interpret psychometric data in a culturally competent manner.5.Ability to generate timely and appropriate assessment reports. 6.Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making.7.Skill in working with cross-cultural clients. 8.Ability to work effectively with patients, medical and administrative staff, and the public9.Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication. 10.Dedicated to providing the same services to all patients regardless of race, ethnicity, or religious status. 11.Level headed, even-tempered and reliable.12.Flexible and friendly.13.Fluent English required, professional Mandarin preferred.
