崗位職責Responsibilities: Assistant to GM1.Deals with emergency issues independently or take initiative measurements to handle it in the absence of GM;2.Collects data, prepares reports, answers correspondence, and complies statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes;3.Reports the information submitted by each department accurately; 4.Handles confidential information letters, reports, and documents, answers telephone calls and takes messages for the GM;5.Composes letters and takes minutes during meetings;6.Schedules and arranges meetings, makes reservations and travel arrangements for the GM;7.Establishes and maintains files and records, usually confidential in nature;8.Drafts presentations for the GM;9.Perform any other duties as assigned;Responsibilities: Assistant to CMO1.Provide administrative support for CMO.?Calendar of meetings and appointments.?Coordinate and take minutes for regular Medical Advisory Board meetings?Coordination of documents approval.?Preparing reports (meeting compliance, etc)?Clinical Department Chairs Review - process coordination.?Filing. ?Perform other duties as per CMO.2.Medical staff meetings and other activities.?Coordinate, plan annual schedule of Medical Staff meetings including: morning rounds, CME, Clinical Department meetings, Medical Staff business meetings.?Distribute monthly medical staff meeting schedule.?Prepare and take minutes of Medical Staff monthly meetings.?Presentations and seminars, other events (Consultants appreciation dinner).?Record CME activities and CME credits for providers in MD-Staff software.?Provide orientation for new members of medical staff (QDU, departmental).4.QI Committees/Departments support?Create Committees` monthly meeting schedule.?Provide administrative support, take minutes, and follow up on action items for the following Committees: Pharmacy and Therapeutic, Tissue and Transfusion, Quality Improvement and Risk Management.?Distribute Committee minutes according to Committee organization chart.?Update Committees` membership.?Maintain the record of the QDU Committees meetings.?Keep the record of Clinical Departments meetings.5.QDU Medical staff officeTo work with medical staff office manager to cross cover duties, in particular, •Oversight of QDU Medical Advisory Board•Preparing quality reports on physicians •Implementation of MD software•Assist in JCIAS compliance•On Board orientation for new physicians•Coordinate mandatory training•Work closely with the UFH Recruitment Hub on new physician verification, credentialing, and privileging processes and implementation•Other duties as may arise任職條件•College degree•Previous secretarial or administrative experience preferred•Good written and oral English •Knowledge of administrative work •Good at organizing daily work•Can work independently and take job initiative•Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet•Fast learning skill•Good communication and interpersonal skills•Team spirit職位概述1.Provide administrative support for GM & CMO2.Schedule meetings and other activities.3.QI Committees/Departments support4.QDU Medical staff office部門概述和睦家醫(yī)療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫(yī)療機構,我們的宗旨是:在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環(huán)境里,為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫(yī)療服務.
