部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.職位概述Assist pharmacists in preparing medication and compounding, triage telephone calls, clerical duties, assist inventory officer in purchasing and inventory management, ensuring tidiness of pharmacy協助藥劑師準備藥物和配藥，篩選電話，文書職務，協助庫存管理員訂購和進行呢庫存管理，確保藥房整潔。Inpatient pharmacy – Replenish daily medication for hospitalized patients住院藥房—為住院病人補充日常藥物。PIVA – Preparation of IV drugs under supervision of pharmacist (if applicable) 配液中心—在藥劑師監督下準備靜脈注射藥物。崗位職責1. Pharmacy Daily Operation 藥房日常操作:? Answer and triage all incoming telephone calls. Provide information when appropriate or forward to pharmacists 接聽和轉接電話，合適情況下給藥劑師接聽? Assist pharmacists to prepare the medications and compounding 協助藥劑師準備藥物及配藥。? Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy and stock room. 保持藥房和儲藏室的清潔干凈。? Preparation of IV admixtures under the PIVA policies and guidelines, under supervision of the pharmacist 遵循配液中心政策和指導方針，在藥劑師監督下準備靜脈藥品混合。2. Pharmacy Inventory Management 藥房庫存管理: Assist in evaluating current purchase process and device an purchase workflow to best suit BJU needs, follow with implementation and evaluation (short term project) 協助預估當前購買過程，策劃最適合北京和睦家醫院的采購工作流程，遵循預設和評估（短期項目）。? Assist inventory person in ensuring inventory is maintained according to policies. 協助庫存工作人員確保庫存符合規定。? Stock shelves and perform basic inventory projects when required 擺貨架和在需要的情況下執行基本的庫存項目。? Manage information database from i-pharmacy computer system 在藥房電腦系統上管理信息數據庫。? Label medication ampoules 標注藥品安瓿。? Participate in periodic stock check to ensure accuracy of our stock. 進行定期庫存檢查，確保庫存精確性。任職條件1. Graduate from High school minimum 高中以上學歷。2. Knowledge or prior experience in pharmacy field will be given priority 具備藥房領域知識和經驗者優先。
