Job Responsiblities:*Help internal medicine clinic to improve patient satisfaction and experience by collection survey, analyzing data, improve communication between patient, physician and nurses, involve with the services improvement project. *Maintain clinic working flow smoothly, keep patient waiting area clean and tidy, walking around and coordinate patient’s concern. *Help to promote internal medicine with marketing and IT department. *Assist physician with patient medical report and delivered to patient. *Solve patient’s complain at the preliminary level and coordinate with related department and staff. *Assist department chair and clinic manager with quality improvement projects *Trace and update of department O&I *Manage clinic promotion on the website, like Update department micro blog, Coordinate with IT and Marketing for event *Provide translation services when neededSkills and Requirements:*Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time *Excellent Chinese and English in written and oral *Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) *Professional telephone etiquette *Basic management and coaching skills *Good inter-personal skills *Excellent communication skills *Excellent problem solving skills *Be organized *Must be a good team player *Medical or Nursing knowledge background is ideal *Knowledge and insight into the local community in Beijing *Hospital or service organization background preferable Qualifications:*Bachelor degree in Medical Science preferred *Two years Experience in Nursing and Patient Services preferred
