Responsibilities1. Provide safe, competent and consistent patient care to surgery patients;2. Work effectively as a team member of BJU surgical department;3. Each junior surgeon has his or her sub-specialty。4. Routine care: provide 24h routine care to all surgical patients based on roster and/or specific assignment;5. Specialty care: provide timely care for the patients in his or her sub-specialties6. Routine care: provide 24h routine care to all surgical patients based on roster and/or specific assignment;7. Specialty care: provide timely care for the patients in his or her sub-specialties8. Patient notes need to be completed daily and timely for the purpose of care’s integrity and consistency;9. Admit patients from ER or Surgery Clinic and be the attending surgeon under the supervision of senior surgeons. All Consultation and Referrals come to Junior surgeon first;10. Develop life-long learning skills;11. Actively update knowledge and skills based on modern medical advancement;Requirements1. Graduate from domestic or international medical school, either MD or Bachelor degree;2. Have been working in BJU as Assistant surgeon over five years;3. At least 8 years experience working in surgical field;
