部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.職位概述1.收集，整理，維護病歷；確保病歷信息能夠準確，準時，完整的送給經授權的使用者；2.上下架病歷；把當天回科室的病歷全部上架；3.按科室準備第二天的預約病歷；4.準備衛星診所需要的病歷；5.保證夜間急診病歷的按時遞送；6.保證病歷及病歷架干凈，整潔；7.部門經理布置的其他工作任務。崗位職責•每五分鐘一次檢查Trak 內的病歷需求準備病歷•每十五分鐘完成病歷下架，整理，安排遞送，在Trak里發送病歷到正確科室的一個流程•每次拿出病歷后，要在相應的位置上放置一張卡片來顯示該病歷的病歷號及正確的輸出位置和時間。•回收病歷，上架，接聽與病歷需求有關的電話，保持病歷及病歷架整潔。•定期整理病歷架，報告超時未歸病歷。•如果病歷未在病歷架上應及時通知病歷需求者并告知可能的病歷所在位置。•保持工作環境整潔。•其他HIM 經理安排的工作任職條件•高中畢業或職高畢業，需有兩年以上工作經驗•有醫院工作經驗者優先•身體要求：必須能夠承受長時間行走；必須能夠伸高夠到病歷架；觸低能夠彎腰到髖關節以下，屈膝以及攀爬小的病案室用梯子。•基本的電腦操作技能。•能夠使用，維護辦公設備。•熟練的中文讀，寫，說及聽。•簡單的達到工作要求的英文識別。•基本的病案管理知識。•基本的醫院及診所運行程序。•病人權力，隱私及保密等知識的認知。Department Overview和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.Job Description1.To collect, maintain, and make available to authorized users timely, accurate, and complete patient health information;2.Pull out the charts and put back from shelves; 3.Prepare next day’s appointment charts according to clinic’s request; 4.Prepare satellite clinic charts; 5.Ensure the timely delivery for emergency charts requests; 6.Maintain medical records and shelves neat, organized;7.Other tasks assigned by HIM manager.Responsibilities•Retrieves all chart requests from Trak no less than every five minutes.•Pulls, assembles, delivers, and electronically tracks charts requested stat within 15 minutes of receipt•Replaces charts pulled with an outcard that reflects where the chart is being delivered•Retrieve files, file medical records, answer phone, perform charts maintenance. •Reconcile charts tracking report；•Keeps the requester of any record that was not in file notified of efforts to locate.•Maintain work place clean•Other tasks as HIM manager assigned.Requirements•High school or professional school graduates, two-years working experience preferred.•Hospital working experience prioritized•Physically demanding: must have ability to be on your feet and walking all day and must be able to reach above the shoulders, reach below the hip area, stoop, bend knees, and kneel onto knees and climb on a footstool.•Basic computer practice ability of MS offices and database.•Office equipment handling and maintenance. •Proficiency Chinese reading, writing, speaking and listening.•Basic English in reading。•Basic knowledge of Medical record management.•Basic knowledge of Clinic and hospital processes.•Patient rights, privacy and confidentiality.
