部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.職位概述The Nurse Educator is responsible for educating and training nurses to achieve the expected competencies, focused on clinical nursing concepts and skills, enhancing communication skills and providing patient-centered care. The educator will also develop courses and curriculum and spend time in the clinical area for coaching and mentoring staff nurses.崗位職責任職條件1. Rich clinical nursing experience2. Degree in Nursing (preferably BSN  or Masters degree preferred)3. Teaching experience preferred4. Skilled and experienced in nursing (general and in a specialty area)5. Good team building and people skills6. Good presentation and communication skills7. Computer skills: (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc);8. Bilingual language required, able to teach in English as well as Chinese language9. Basic and advanced knowledge on nursing theories, procedures and evidence-based practice10. Understand hospital policies and procedures11. Understand JCIA requirements12. Knowledge on teaching-learning principles
