職位概述Plans, organizes, implements, and manages physician recruitment for United Family Hospitals & clinics.崗位職責1. •Provide leadership and management to all aspects of recruitment nation and worldwide.2. •Develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high quality processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.3. Provide leadership to the UFH Recruitment team who will be direct reports.  Manage the sourcing, selection process, candidate screening, candidate referral, interview scheduling, candidate communications etc.4. Oversee the recruitment efforts in the development, identification and placement of qualified candidates.5. Maintain and analyze statistical reports addressing such issues as: cost per hire, lead time, quality of hire etc.6. Responsible for the ongoing development of recruitment sources, including development of recruiting materials, advertising and physician applicant tracking methods.任職條件1. Must have 5 to 8 years of recruiting experience in a health system, hospital or healthcare-based organization.2. Medical background preferred3. Must have served as the leader in running the recruitment process.
