崗位職責(zé)Managing time/meeting schedule (with a very good co-ordination ability)Accompanied Finance VP to be present all required meeting, organize all facility of meeting(Skype, Go-to meeting, conference call, etc)Rapidly create all meeting memo with higher quality on data/work letter/PPT/ExcelEager to learn all UFH structure/cultureBe good at Org chart designingGood hobby on document filing/archiving, as required, need tract all important emails/letters and set up a proper data warehouse任職條件Very good English;Bachelor degree from well recognized universities;3 years or above working experience;Excellent communication skill: listening, verbal, presentation, and written in English; Chinese is a plus;Strong time management skill: prioritize work streams, deliver reports on time, attend various meetings, and be able to burn mid-night oil occasionally;Flexible in taking any unexpected work;Fast learning and good team working capability.Work under a challenging environment/with time pressure
