崗位職責1. Maintaining the master index of all TJU policies, procedures and forms2. Formatting policies and procedures3. Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures4. Responsible for hospital quality and safety program, data collection and analysis5. Assisting in staff education for quality and safety6. Code drills and facility inspections7. Quality Monitor report preparation8. Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports9. Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions10. Assists with Health bureau inspections and audits with follow up reports任職條件1. Bachelor degree required2. Excellent English3. Medical or nursing background preferred4. Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and to create PowerPoint presentations5. Abiltiy to work with staff from all levels of the organization6.
