職位描述
崗位職責(zé)1. Practice daily outpatient and inpatient clinical duties.2. Deliver and perform the UFH standard clinical service to the patients.3. Interact and work closely with multiple hospital departments to successfully complete tasks. 4. Help and guide junior neurosurgeon, nursing staff and other medical staff to improve the quality of care. 5. Set up the UFH neurosurgical clinical protocols and standards. 6. Support communications between local hospital and BJU for continuous patient care. 7. Perform independent research related to neurosurgery.8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head. 任職條件1. Doctor Degree of neurosurgery. 2. Chinese certified clinical doctor. 3. Completed full training in neurosurgery in and accredited training program either in China or abroad.4. Five years neurosurgery clinical experience at least.5. Team player and capability of working independently.6. Integrity and strong initiative drive.7. Overseas clinical experience preferred.8. Excellent and effective communication skill. 9. Multitask and problem solving skills. 10. Computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint11. Fluent English both verbally and literately.12. Clinical research and training skills. 13. Extensive knowledge in neurosurgery.14. Good understanding of the neurosurgery service that BJU provides and the level of standards that BJU strive for. 15. Knowledge of hospital network and special field academic organizations. 16. Knowledge of Chinese healthcare regulatory. 17. Knowledge of neurosurgery new service line development職位概述1.
