He/she will be responsible for creating relative clinical policy and pathways, teaching and training therapists, coordinating with other hospital departments; public education and presentation, marketing events, and guiding junior therapists in the performance of their duties. 崗位職責Create a vision for the future of therapy at BJURHDevelop protocols, workflows and guidelines for therapyProperly allocate therapists human resourcesCoordinate cross-department care with other clinical departments and facilities Supervise and direct therapy documentsDevelop training plan of therapist according the BJURH whole training planOversee all therapy aspects of therapy, including regular communication with the Nursing staff so that any changes in treatment plan, medical certificates, insurance forms, etc. can be addressed earlyParticipate in community events coordinated by BJURHParticipate in public health education events as organized by BJURH and BJUOther responsibilities assigned by CMO and DCMO.任職條件Therapist (or Doctor) education from an approved school of medicine; Achievement of associate chief technician in a 3A hospital in China or a western training/board certification equivalent At least 8 years of post-training practical experience at a 3A hospital or equivalentAdmin capability: team management and/or training experience, at least 5 years relative experience.Oversea work experience.Visionary therapist who wants to build a new service concept in BJURHProactive, creative, team leader who can contribute to the development of BJURHCommunicating effectively orally and in writing, both in Mandarin and EnglishShowing willingness to learn from mistakesWorking collaboratively with team membersUsing computers, computer software and other digital devices to communicate with professional staff
