Also examines and manages neonatology cases in the Shanghai United Family Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.崗位職責(zé)1. Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases and injuries of infants and children into young adulthood in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through interviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings. Conducts ward rounds and prescribes therapy. Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, and compresses. Performs minor surgical procedures. Determines need for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May be granted additional privileges based on documented proficiency2. Serve as attending physician in the neonatal intensive care unit on an as needed basis as determined by the Department Chairperson or CMO.3. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee4. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other pediatricians, Fudan University NICU team and Department Chairperson5. Will work closely with the Department Chairperson in supporting departmental goals6. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Chairperson.任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Pediatrics2. Board Certified (or equivalent) in Neonatology3. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine4. Completion of residency training in Pediatrics at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer.5. Completion of approved training program in neonatology at a hospital and program acceptable to the Department Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer.6. Minimum 3-5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred7. Fluency in English Required8. Fluency in Mandarin a preferred9. Fluency in German and/or French a plus.
