部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.職位概述Dispensing medication to patients and providing drug information to patients and hospital staff, performing clinical pharmacy projects. 向患者分發藥物以及向患者和醫院職工提供藥品信息，執行臨床藥學項目。崗位職責Primary Duties-主要職責1. Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer. 檢查并解釋處方，核實病人標簽的精確性和完整性，并將其錄入藥房電腦2. Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems.評估和解決處方相關的實際問題和潛在問題。3. Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications. 向病人提供處方和非處方藥的咨詢服務。4. Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers.協同內科醫生和其他護理人員建立藥學服務實踐。5. Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions. 檢查住院訂單，為可能使用的副本或互動進行掃描。6. Dispense medication to in-house patients 向內部病人分發藥物。7. Actively participates in clinical pharmacy projects積極參與臨床藥學項目。8. Provides guidance and supervision for junior pharmacists and pharmacist trainees. 向初級藥劑師和藥劑師學員提供指導和監督。Other Duties Performed- 其他職責1. Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check. 訂貨并定期檢查庫存。2. Take part in evening and weekend shifts. Participate in night on-calls if needed. 參與晚上和周末的值班，以及假期換班。需要時參與晚間電話候命。3. Compounding products for our department stock. 為部門庫存復合產品。4. Ensuring medication use safety in hospital 確保醫院用藥安全。任職條件1. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy major or equivalent 藥學專業本科學歷或同等學歷2. Minimum 3 years work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting or 1 year work experience in international clinic setting 3年以上藥房環境工作經驗（社區或醫院），或1年國際診所工作經驗。3. Licensed Pharmacist License or Pharmacist title by Ministry of Health required 有藥劑師資格證或經衛生部許可的藥劑師。
