Works with Director of Family Counseling Center to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care2. Provides the same level of service regardless of patient background.3. Keeps adequate and timely progress notes and client records.4. Complies with regulations and standards of performance for quality care5. Treats patients in a prompt and courteous manner6. Participates in professional development efforts to keep current on health care trends and practices7. Maintains strictest confidentiality任職條件1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution2. Residency training in an accredited institution3. Training or experience doing cross-cultural psychiatry4. Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or past residence.5. Provides the same level of service regardless of patient background.6. Skill in psychopharmacology and counseling7. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making.8. Skill in gathering and analyzing data9. Skill in researching, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports10. Ability to work effectively with patients, medical and administrative staff, and the public11. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally12. Works cooperatively with medical and counseling center staff13. Level headed, even-tempered and reliable14. Flexible and friendly15. Current standards of practice in psychiatry16.
