工作地點：北京、青島部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.職位概述崗位職責1. Provide up-to-date and evidence based medicine to patients in Eye Clinic向眼科門診患者提供最新的循證醫學治療2. Perform complete physical exams and assessments and provide treatments to patients in Eye Clinic在眼科門診為患者執行完整的檢查，評估和治療。 3. Respond to medical consultations in the hospital 參加醫院內的會診。4. Perform eye surgery and procedures進行眼科手術。5. Order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings為確認檢查結果，下醫囑做相應化驗。6. Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action以適當的方式解析數據和診斷結果。7. Collect information and organize medical documents收集信息并整理醫療文件。8. Promptly respond to any calls from the Nursing staff and ER應及時回復護理人員和急診的任何電話。9. Help with medical development programs of Eye Clinic, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems for hospitalist programs etc協助眼科臨床醫學的發展計劃，例如制定規則，對住院醫師的培訓計劃及質量指標追蹤系統等項目。10. Participate in community events coordinated by theHospital參與由醫院協調的社區活動。11. Refer patient to other specialists if necessary 在必要的時候把病人轉交給其他專家。12. Undertake education and clinical research 在醫院開展教育和臨床研究。13. Other responsibility assigned by chair of Eye Clinic.由眼科主任分配的其他工作職責。任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Ophthalmology美國眼科醫學委員會認證 （或等同）OR 或 Chinese physician practice license 中國醫師資格證及執業證2. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規醫學院校獲得的醫學學位(或同等學位)。3. Completion of residency training in Ophthalmology at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫院完成眼科住院醫師培訓，培訓項目需得到部門主任和首席醫療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優先考慮：完成住院醫培訓后具有至少5年臨床經驗。
