Will also act as consultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in the hospital and support in the ICU as needed在內科部門提供專業的醫療服務，作為內科醫生，同時也要會診醫院內所有專科疑難病例和根據需要到ICU提供醫療服務。崗位職責1. Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients in Internal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation) and ICU. 對內科病人和ICU病人進行全面體檢和評估（包括緊急的，突發的，和非緊急的病人）2. Help with the coverage of the ICU as requested.根據需要到ICU值班。3. Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems .協助進行內科醫學發展的項目，如制定規則、 培訓計劃和質量指標跟蹤系統。4. Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings為確認檢查結果，下醫囑做相應化驗。5. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated.定義/記錄診斷的細微差異,并列表鑒別診斷與最可能的診斷結果。6. Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and the implementation and management of therapies in accordance with medical protocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy按照醫療規定進行下醫囑做檢查,常規,執行和管理治療方案,并按照醫院的政策在病例上書寫簽名。7. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so. Consult as necessary.按照授權范圍，根據必要和適當的護理計劃執行診斷和治療措施。必要時，要咨詢。8. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine OR Chinese physician practice license 美國內科醫學委員會認證 （或等同）或 中國醫師資格證及執業證2. Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規醫學院校獲得的醫學學位(或同等學位)。3. Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫院完成住院醫師培訓，培訓項目需得到部門主任和首席醫療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優先考慮：完成住院醫培訓后具有至少5年臨床經驗。
