Will also act as consultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in the hospital and support in the ICU as needed在內科部門提供專業(yè)的醫(yī)療服務，作為內科醫(yī)生，同時也要會診醫(yī)院內所有專科疑難病例和根據(jù)需要到ICU提供醫(yī)療服務。崗位職責1. Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients in Internal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation) and ICU. 對內科病人和ICU病人進行全面體檢和評估（包括緊急的，突發(fā)的，和非緊急的病人）2. Help with the coverage of the ICU as requested.根據(jù)需要到ICU值班。3. Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems .協(xié)助進行內科醫(yī)學發(fā)展的項目，如制定規(guī)則、 培訓計劃和質量指標跟蹤系統(tǒng)。4. Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings為確認檢查結果，下醫(yī)囑做相應化驗。5. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated.定義/記錄診斷的細微差異,并列表鑒別診斷與最可能的診斷結果。6. Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and the implementation and management of therapies in accordance with medical protocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy按照醫(yī)療規(guī)定進行下醫(yī)囑做檢查,常規(guī),執(zhí)行和管理治療方案,并按照醫(yī)院的政策在病例上書寫簽名。7. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so. Consult as necessary.按照授權范圍，根據(jù)必要和適當?shù)淖o理計劃執(zhí)行診斷和治療措施。必要時，要咨詢。8. Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action including blood gases, radiology, ECG, etc., but not limited to these.解析數(shù)據(jù)和診斷結果，適當采取的行動包括血氣，放射圖像、 心電圖、 等，但不局限于這些。9. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer and the Chair of Internal Medicine.由首席醫(yī)療官和科主任分配的其他工作職責。任職條件1. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine OR Chinese physician practice license 美國內科醫(yī)學委員會認證 （或等同）或 中國醫(yī)師資格證及執(zhí)業(yè)證2. Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規(guī)醫(yī)學院校獲得的醫(yī)學學位(或同等學位)。3. Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫(yī)院完成住院醫(yī)師培訓，培訓項目需得到部門主任和首席醫(yī)療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優(yōu)先考慮：完成住院醫(yī)培訓后具有至少5年臨床經驗。
