Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規醫學院校獲得的醫學學位(或同等學位)。3. Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫院完成住院醫師培訓，培訓項目需得到部門主任和首席醫療官的任可。4. Delivering and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine service at QDU to customers在青島和睦家醫院進行中醫臨床服務。2. Interfacing with the relevant TCM for regulations and policies update and communications;對接有關中醫法規和政策的更新和交流。3. Practicing clinical and regulatory requirements;臨床實踐和監管要求。4. Delivering and performing the UFH standard clinical service to the customers;給客戶提供和執行和睦家醫療標準臨床服務。5. Providing accurate and efficient healthcare and medical reports to the customers;向客戶提供了準確，高效的醫療保健和醫療報告。6. Making suggestions to administrator and adjustments at the clinic; 給行政人員的工作及診所調整做出建議。7. Guiding nursing staff in the provision of nursing care consistent with Nursing Standards of Care/Practice, the Plan for Provision of Nursing Care, and The Plan for Provision of Patient Care, the Performance Improvement Plan, the Patient Education Plan and Professional Organization Standards. 指導護理人員以一致的護理標準提供護理/實踐，護理計劃，病人護理計劃，績效改進計劃，患者教育計劃和專業組織標準。8. Performing duties to provide the highest level of patient care and maximize patient satisfaction. 履行職責為病人提供高水平的護理，最大限度地提高病人的滿意度。9. Providing TCM seminars, presentations, community services and trainings to relative parties;提供中醫講座，演示，社區服務和培訓給相關病人。10. Providing internal TCM trainings to clinical staff at BJU, satellite clinics ;提供內部中醫培訓給青島和睦家醫院的臨床工作人員。
