崗位職責Work with relevant stakeholders on recruitment plans.Efficiently and effectively work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and business, posting job ads, search or build networks to find qualified positive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and some related follow-up works.Work as project lead to conduct some recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, interview tool improvement, employer value proposition, job fair, etc.Research on new effective hiring channels, proactively understand the talent market, and help with talent pool expanding. Conduct other works assigned by supervisor.任職條件Bachelor degree or above.More than 5 years recruitment experience in international companies.Proven ability to manage recruitment full cycle.Proven ability to conduct recruitment project.Strong service sense.Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results. Strong summary and reporting skills.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills.Ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business partner.
