ID&ATB of Microbiology excluded) that require considerable amounts of independent judgment and interpretation. 執行需要大量獨立判斷和解釋、技術更加復雜的檢驗。崗位職責1. Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.監控收集、鑒定、運輸、儲藏，為確保測試前試樣質量對試樣進行處理。2. Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.根據規定程序準備實際、標準和控制。3. Performs tests and sample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology & Blood Bank, microbiology (? ID&ATB included; ? ID&ATB excluded), immunology and/or Body fluid analysis. 在臨床化學、血液學和血庫、微生物學領域執行測試和樣本分析。4. Verifies test results prior to release.在結果發布之前進行檢查。5. Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and reports to the supervisor.為確保儀器、實際和流程正常運行執行質量控制。確認儀器故障和控制實驗結果，采取正確措施并報告主管。6. Maintains test equipment and instruments, following established procedures.根據既定程序維護檢測設備和儀器。7. Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts complaints, and initiates corrective actions.回答醫生和護士關于實驗室檢查的問題，接受投訴，并啟動糾正措施。8. Trains new employees the laboratory techniques. 培訓新員工實驗室技術。9. Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory. 在實驗室就測試技術或相關疾病進行授課。10. Participates in education class and continuing education programs. Attends workshops, seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the chair. 參加教育類和繼續教育項目。參與研討會、討論會和跟進當前新儀器設備、技術和流程的講座。11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 在要求下執行其他相關職責。12. Supervise and educate lab technologists and technicians on routine work.監督和教育實驗室技師常規工作。任職條件Certification as a Senior Technologist is required. 主管技師資格證。
