崗位職責?Basic position recruiting?Support with medical staff recruiting process follow up. ?HR daily operation works. ?Set up new employees personnel files and file in personnel related document to ensure the completeness and accuracy in a timely manner?Assist with new staff on board process which includes but not limited to name badges preparation, photograph taking, staff locker assignment, contract sign up progress follow up, etc.?Assist with staff exiting process?Process business cards application by liaising with central supply department and the departments/clinics in need?Prepare monthly reports ?Coordinate with HR Compliance Officer with HR documents compliance according to JCI requirement?Other office administration duties as assigned任職條件? Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources or Administration preferred? Good written and oral EnglishGood at organizing daily work? Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, and Internet? Fast learning skillGood communication and interpersonal skills? Team spirit?
