崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities as CEO:•Accountable for the overall success of operations of the hospital; oversees and is responsible for the daily operations and activities of the hospital;•Responsible for the development of the strategic plan, operating and capital budgets for the hospital, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the budgets and financial performance of the Hospital;•Optimize service delivery;•Develop and maintain an efficient marketing plan;•Develop consistency throughout the hospital in regard to policies and procedures, program development, quality, fiscal management, compliance and clinical management measures, physician relationships, work culture enhancement and internal communication and consensus-building;•Act as an administrative resource to help resolve problems with department managers concerning such items as staffing, personnel issues, and the utilization of hospital facilities, equipment and supplies;•Develop a workforce plan for the appropriate number and skills mix for staff and their deployment;•Ensure that the facility is adequately maintained, and develop plan to improve the physical facilities within the overall capital plan;•Ensure an IT strategy is formulated and implemented;•Responsible for overall management of Joint Commission Accreditation activities and is Chair of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Committees. Reports clinical outcomes to the Medical Staff on a regular basis;•Accept assignments and/or chairs committees on permanent or short term basis as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization;•Establish and maintain performance measurement systems, and monitor performance through implementation of quality assurance programs; •Submit periodic reports, inclusive utilization and outcomes, financial performance and projections, or other relevant topic as needed to Board of IMC and UFH President/CEO;•Ensure compliance with all external regulatory bodies; •Develops and fosters effective collaboration between clinical departments, divisions, multidisciplinary teamwork, medical staff leadership, and other affiliated services (inside and outside of the hospital) to ensure an integrated approach to providing services, and fulfilling the hospital's goals and objectives. 任職條件Qualifications:Possess Medical qualification and/or Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field. This person ideally has 10 years or more managerial experience in high-level administration of a healthcare organization, with in-depth understanding of the administrative and clinical aspects of the health care field and ability to effectively direct the operations of the facility.Skills:•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Effective in building relationships with constituencies and subordinates•Able to work with international team •Able to motive others toward a strategic endKnowledge:•Financial discipline knowledge •Leadership and senior management experience in hospital settings •International experience職位概述Summary of Responsibilities:Senior Management Level position reporting to the Board of United Family Intermed Hospital and UFH President/CEO.Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Hospital. Carries responsibility for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations. Provides management for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical services of the Hospital. The management portfolio held by this leader is notably diverse, with corresponding broad organizational implications and complexity, characterized by substantial scope of responsibility in this respect.S/he will exercise management responsibility over the clinical services and facility ensuring high quality, efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and staff.
