職位描述
崗位職責1. Provide up-to-date and evidence based medicine to patients in Eye Clinic2. Perform complete physical exams and assessments and provide treatments to patients in Eye Clinic3. Respond to medical consultations in the hospital4. Perform eye surgery and procedures5. Admit acutely ill patient or post-op patients as needed.6. Receive patients from the physician going off duty7. Order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings8. Interpret data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action9. Collect information and organize medical documents10. Promptly respond to any calls from the Nursing staff and ER11. Help with medical development programs of Eye Clinic, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems for hospitalist programs etc12. Participate in community events coordinated by Beijing United Hospital13. Refer patient to other specialists if necessary14. Undertake education and clinical research in BJU15. Other responsibility signed by chair of Eye Clinic.任職條件1. Medical doctor degree with at least 5 year of clinical training in a 3A hospital or eye hospital in China or a western training equivalent2. Attending physician or above3. Capable of refraction preferred4. Excellent interpersonal skills5.
