WuXi AppTec is building up a world-class team for oncology drug discovery and actively recruiting talents at all of the levels to join us in discovering and developing safe and efficacious drugs to treat cancer patients. Essential Skills1. Solid knowledge of cancer biology.2.Hand-on experience in biochemical and cell biology assays. Ability to develop the assays for testing compounds/drugs is highly appreciated.3. Ability to identify critical issues and to provide solutions in research.4.Ability to design and to lead biology support for oncology drug discovery.Job Responsibilities1. Design and execute biology strategies for drug discovery2. Supervise associate scientists on a daily basis3.Effectively communicate with team members and clients for project updates4. Perform other duties as required.QualificationsBasic/Minimum Qualifications:1.Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology or other biological disciplines. Oversea study experience is preferred. 2. 1-5 year post-doctoral training in related biological sciences.3. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese
