ResponsibilitiesØ Responsible for a variety of tasks regarding the system development, enhancement , maintenance and support of data management and statistical analysisØ Manage the progress of multiple projects and prioritizes with respect to pre-determined timelines.Ø Oversee the development, progress, and finalization of databases and data entry interface according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or client specified SOPs.Ø Write and review SOP’s and guidelines concerning system development and administration.Ø Training the team member periodically.Qualifications:Ø Bachelor or above degree in computer science, public health, or other related fields. 4 to 5 years of industry experience in system development Ø Strong ability to manage multiple tasks to get job done in a timely mannerØ Knowledge of ICH GCP and China GCPØ Rich experience of Java script, Java, Oracle database administration, SQL, PL/SQL, and network infrastructureØ Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness and capability to encourage and support others to ensure the achievement of team goals.· Being fluent in spoken and written English with CET-6.· Willingness and capability to take initiative and support other departments to resolve variety of IT related issues · Mentor or train entry level staff or other department staff for software usage and solved IT related issues· Provide IT trainings for other departments inside organization and coordinate all the effort with other departments to support organization overall goal
