職位描述
職責(zé)描述1.編制銷售發(fā)展策略和階段策略,完成銷售任務(wù),達(dá)成業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo);2.制定和實(shí)施銷售推廣計(jì)劃;3.組織市場開拓、客戶開發(fā)工作;4.組織或參與商務(wù)會(huì)談,與客戶談判并制定、修訂合同;5.協(xié)助項(xiàng)目管理,督促回款;6.銷售渠道的維護(hù)及相關(guān)市場、商務(wù)活動(dòng)的策劃與實(shí)施;7.提升公司品牌,挖掘潛在客戶、維護(hù)客戶合作關(guān)系;任職要求:1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)等生命科學(xué)專業(yè);2.具有臨床試驗(yàn)中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室、臨床研究,CRO, 制藥企業(yè)或其他類型銷售或市場企業(yè)3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉生物醫(yī)藥CRO流程者優(yōu)先;3.有強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感、具有良好的品牌制定與規(guī)劃能力,文字表達(dá)能力強(qiáng);4.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;5.優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力;出色的執(zhí)行力和抗壓能力;良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。In English:Duty & Responsibilities: 1. Sets Strategic Sales Direction: Develops strategic sales plan. Manages and integrates the deployment of Sales to pursue specific sales opportunities to ensure optimal coverage. 2. Develop and maintain Business Relationships: establish business relationship with new clients to achieve annual sales goal. Calls on potential clients to explain the capabilities. Develops selling programs and messages that communicate the value of the services the company provides.3. Understands Client Requirements: Continually monitors trends in the marketplace and clients’ changing needs and adjusts sales approach as appropriate.4. Manages Financial Performance: Reviews and responds to monthly financial statements. Participates in establishing the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Assumes primary responsibility for drafting, explaining, and then meeting sales targets. Manages Sales expenses within established budget.5. Coordinates with Corporate Sales Efforts: Ensures close coordination with sales groups in other units within the company to ensure seamless pursuit of sales opportunities and a full leveraging of tools and training to maximize sales effectiveness.Education / Experiences / Qualifications: 1. Holds a BA degree or above in clinical science, medical technology, public health management, clinical science, health services research, health economics, or other relevant disciplines from an outstanding program at a distinguished university. 2. Over 3 years experience in the selling of professional services to bio-pharmaceutical marketers, and at least 2 years experience as the sales in a similar environment is quite necessary.3. Candidates quite familiar with CRO market is preferable. 4. Proven ability to negotiate with clients in a professional manner. 5. Strong communication (oral, written, and presentation both in Chinese and English), organization, analytical, and business skills.
