Finance Controller
Location：Xinjiang
Responsibilities：
Business Management:·???????? Full charge of annual financial budget and quarterly forecast of the whole company; and plan and manage daily actual expenses of each department according to the overall budget;·???????? Organize, analyze and interpret monthly, quarterly and annual financial and managerial statements as required by management;·???????? Develop policies and detailed rules related to financial affairs; oversee effective implementation of these regulations;·???????? Maintain safety of company assets and capital; develop and implement reasonable investment and financing strategies in order to provide cash flow stability of the company; ·???????? Design effective tax plans to reduce tax burdens of the company;·???????? Assist and perform listing company’s financial work (annual, quarterly & daily operations) required by CSRC.·???????? Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.?? ·???????? Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.?Finance:·???????? Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.·???????? Organize financial reporting based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and provide financial data on a regular basis as required by HQ headquarters and Asia Pacific of Company; ·???????? Analyze and reconcile Chinese GAAP and IFRS, and improve enterprise accounting practices.·???????? Act as secretary of board of the company.?Internal Audit/Control·???????? Enhance key business processes according to ERP requirement and the Fundamental Norms of Enterprise Internal Control for listed companies, as required and co-released by each Chinese ministry and commission; organize and implement self-evaluation and self-audit; ·???????? Organize internal audit of 10 subsidiaries, which is conducted by the internal audit department of the Xinjiang Hops Holding company; present internal audit reports;·???????? Strictly follow the CFCF instruction and submit the CFCF report quarterly to Company HQ.?Financial Auditing:·???????? Host and coordinate reports from Chinese auditors, and complete annual legal audit work of Chinese listed parent company – Xinjiang Hops Holding Co., Ltd; ·???????? Host and coordinate reports from foreign auditors, and complete annual audit work of group financial statements of the foreign counterpart from HQ Company.
Requirement：
Education background University degree with major in accounting
Language skills Chinese and English a must
Computer skill Must be very proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Minimum of?8 years accounting experience and at least 3-5 years as a manager.
MNC background，familiar with manufacturing finance managment；large-size corporate;
Rich experiences in Business Management,finance management,and internal audit;
Leadership,communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluent in English;
