Major
Responsibilities/Activities:
The position is responsible for performing the microbiological tests,
environmental monitoring, lab instrument maintenance, and micro test methods
and documents updated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followings. Other
Duties may be assigned according to the needs of the comany or function.
u? Micro test operation
n? Perform micro test strictly following test
procedures and test schedule.
n? Perform environmental monitoring as scheduled,
and forward any opportunities to improve environmental hygiene.
n? Prepare media, maintain sufficient/adequate
stock of regents and glassware.
n? Perform routine maintenance, preventive
maintenance and calibration management for micro laboratory instrument.
n
Involve in lab investigation on out of specification cases (OOS), and
implement CAPA effectively.
u? Involve in the improvement of lab test methods
and work instructions
n
Strictly follow the guidance to perform good lab practices, and forward
any opportunities to improve GLP program.
n
Maintain micro laboratory documents and records.
n
Perform/assist in micro test method and test instrument validation, and
test method transfer.

EHS
n
Follow all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.
n
Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions)
promptly to supervision.
n
Attend all required training and medical surveillance programs.
n
Wear all PPE as required.
n
Propose any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.
