JOB TITLE: Demand Planning Manager
Location: Shanghai
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
?(1) Conduct monthly S&OP meeting to plan inventory
?(2) Build up an efficient communication channel between Supply Chain and Sales;
?(3) Closely monitor the performance of manufacturing order and product supply to GCC;
?(4) Establish planning system to ensure customer demand supply performance;
?(5) Assist in setting and implementing inventory policies to ensure the appropriate inventory level;
?(6) Ensure a high degree of data input accuracy in SAP system;
?(7) Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.
2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
Experience & Personality:
?(1) Minimum 8 years working experiences in manufacturing supply chain planning,
at least 3 years of team management experience
?(2) Good understanding of S&OP system and inventory control methods
?(3) Good command of Ms Office & SAP
?(4) Familiar with workflow of back office operation and importation/exportation
?(5) Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
?(6) Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility ?
Education & Knowledge:
?(1) Bachelor\39;s Degree or above in supply chain, finance, logistics or international trading preferred
?(2) Fluent English skill of spoken and written
