JOB TITLE: Product Manager - Immune-Assay
Location: Shanghai
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITES & EXPECTED RESULTS
1. Prepare and implement strategy for the immunoassays for infectious diseases.
2. Work with other marketing teams on some cross-discipline projects.
3. Provide marketing support to the Regulatory Affairs Department and to monitor that the product can be launched on time.
4. Conduct marketing campaigns and follow up the outcome of those activities.
5. Other tasks based on business needs as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
Experience & Personality:
1. A minimum of + 5 years\' product/ marketing related experience in multinational companies from Healthcare industry preferably IVD
2. A lateral thinker with excellent strategic, innovative and analytical skills. He/ She must be capable of practically implementing the devised strategy.
3. Required new product development/launch experience in addition to normal marketing experience such as TV advertising/media/promotion/distribution drive/budget planning.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility
6. Creative and initiative
Education & Knowledge:
1. Bachelor\'s Degree or above in biological science. An MBA in marketing concentration is highly preferred.
2. Experience in IA product business is highly preferred
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
4. Have a good understanding of the market and follow closely the market trend.
