JOB POSITION: Contract review specialist
REPORTS TO:
FUNCTION:
This position will have responsibility to review all contracts such cash sale, OTL, DEMO, etc, to make sure company can meet contracts requirements and in line with company approval authority, prepare management data reports about sales, inventory and shipments.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This will include contract review, management data report.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

Meet ISO, SOX audit requirement.
Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
External contacts for this position include customers, dealers.
Internal contacts include all departments related in our company
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
AND COMPETENCY
:
This position requires minimum 2 years of commercial experience and 2 years hands-on experience on international trade business, multinational company.
This position also requires:
· Familiar with International trade business, such as price term, payment term, insurance, freight term and bank negotiation.
· Excellent Microsoft Excel skill, Knowledge in Oracle is a plus
· Positive, multi-tasking, and good team player and be able to effectively communicate with different internal customers to ensure positive outcome
· Strong business acumen with strong analytical and problem solving techniques
· Have sound business ethics and consistency among principles, values and behaviors, and adhere to policies and procedures, and be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine the appropriate action.
