Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to complete daily financial operation, annual operating plan and forecasting
2. Direct the analysis and reporting of financial statements, explaining trends, variance to budget and forecast
3. Provide decision support on business projects and shareholders\' decisions
4. Ensure transparent and concise information sharing with shareholders to help them understand JV\'s situation
5. Manage well on tax & treasury,
6. Ensure the high quality in financial reporting to both shareholders
7. Compliance with corporate business practice and Chinese regulations
8. Strengthen internal control on financials and compliance, and streamline the process to improve working efficiency
9. Manage well on internal audit and external audit
10. Develop the people to build up a strong team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree, MBA is preferred
2. Solid accounting knowledge and financial analytical skills; CPA, CIMA or ACCA is a plus
3. In-depth business understanding and analytical skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good command of English in writing and speaking
6. At least 10 years\' working experience in MNCs, among which 5 years+ on manager above positions; JV experience and pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
