??臨床協調員??市場/營銷/拓展總監
職位描述:
1.負責公司所有臨床實驗項目開展和在全國各地的組織實施；
2.負責本中心的組織結構建設、考核及人員培訓；
3.負責本中心崗位職責的確定、相關操作規程的修改完善；
4.協調本中心與其他相關業務部門的工作；
5.從整體上分配資源，把握項目進度，確保項目在時間內和預算內完成；
6.按公司資源利用最大化的要求，協助相關部門的工作；
7.維護和實驗單位的關系。
任職要求:
1.碩士以上學歷, 臨床醫學、藥代動力學或相關專業；
2.制藥企業的醫學部等3年以上工作經驗或本領域管理工作經驗1年以上；
3.具有人員管理方面較為系統的堅實的基礎知識和專業知識，能運用這些知識進行創造性的工作，解決較為復雜的問題；
4.具有良好的人際交流能力，能夠與公司內部各部門及合作基地進行良好溝通交流。具有良好的團隊組織及建設能力；
5.外資企業、海外工作經歷優先。
