Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for supporting Project Sales Manager in before-sales, after-sales, bidding etc.
向項目銷售經理提供售前、售后、標務等方面的支持。
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-To be responsible for training of the products in projects.
負責項目所用產品的培訓。
- To be responsible for project after-sales service management.
負責項目售后服務管理。
- To be responsible for supporting project sales manager in bidding. establishing and maintaining the repairing and onsite service system which promised in bidding, coordinating with repair department in HQ.負責在項目投標中支持項目銷售經理，建立和維護投標承諾的維修和現場服務體系，與總部維修部協調維修事宜。
- To be responsible for establishing and managing project service spot at required places.根據要求，負責建立和管理項目服務網點。
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining after-sales service policies, processes and filling of the project.
負責建立和維護項目售后服務政策、流程和文檔。
- To be responsible for technical support through telephone.
通過電話給予相關技術支持。
- To be trainer backup for salesman at customer seminar.
在客戶會議中為銷售人員做培訓支持。
- Other assignments by the superior.
上級主管交給的其他工作。
Basic Education:
College degree above, majoring in hearing大專以上學歷，聽力學專業
Work Experience:
5 years technical support experience or above, with the knowledge of hearing aid industry experiences is a must. 五年以上技術支持工作經歷，有助聽器行業工作經歷。
Personal Competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure能承受工作壓力
- Willingness to perform and result orientation業績良好，以結果為導向
Social Competencies:
- Customer oriented 有良好的客戶服務意識
- Credibility誠信
- Integration and contribution in team有團隊合作經驗
