Purpose of the Job:
To lead responsible for retail business to achieve company target.領導零售團隊完成公司布置的銷售任務
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To support Managing Director, especially in the supervision of roll out team; customer account and business unit支持總經理管理零售團隊，完成銷售業績。
- To understand customer needs and expectations, and by occasion, turn them to business opportunities 理解客戶需求和希望，使之轉為銷售。
- To develop and implement company policy; marketing and sales plan; system/procedure and to manage capital as well as human resources 根據公司政策，制定和監管實施零售市場和銷售策略，對門店員工進行管理。
- To co-ordinate and communicate with shop managers and key customers 與門店店長和大客戶保持溝通。
- To support and monitor the shops business activity to bring the existing shops to the benchmark, minimize cost and maximize profit to achieve the sales target 支持和監管門店日常業務工作，使現有門店完成銷售任務，降低成本，增加利潤。
- To identify problem, take corrective action and reach decision in a professional way 發現問題，財務正確專業的手段解決問題。
Qualifications:
- University degree, majoring in Science or Business Administration preferred本科以上學歷，行政管理專業優先
- At least 5 years of working experience in the field of retails business ,including 2 years of management experience.至少5年零售工作經驗，兩年管理經驗。
- Mature, with good inter personal skills為人處事成熟
- Self-motivated, organized自我激勵，組織能力強
- Solution orientation, not problem orientation以結果為導向
- Self confidence, decisiveness, Initiative自信，果斷，主動
- Good at communication善于溝通
- Positive influence on the working climate在組織中起到積極作用
- Identification, loyalty忠誠
- Listening and understanding愿意傾聽，善于理解
- Ability to convince objectively處理事情客觀公正
- High level in Business management高層管理水平
