Purpose of the Job:
BTE production負責耳背式助聽器的制作
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- BTE assembly, testing & Repair according to WIs 按照指導書流程，進行耳背機的組裝和測試及維修
- Ensure one-day BTE turn-around-time 確保 1天的完成交貨期
- Daily Record of BTE production 負責耳背機生產的每日記錄
- Support of other teams, e.g. Repairs, Packing etc. 支持部門其他工作組， 比如： 維修組，包裝組等
- Other assignments by the superior完成其他上級交待的任務
Basic Education:
High-school diploma or equivalent
高中和職業中專
Work Experience:
- 2 years or more work experiences
兩年以上工作經驗
- Manufactory industry experiences
制造業工作經驗
Personal Competencies:
- Be responsible for work 對工作負責
- Be dedicated & proactive 做事勤奮，積極主動
- work under certain pressure能承擔一定的工作壓力
-good quality sense
-be awareness of 5S, Lean
Social Competencies:
- Good team work 良好的團隊合作
- Be supportive to other teams 能支持其他團隊的工作
Professional Competencies:
- Following WIs & process strictly 嚴格遵守操作指導和流程制度
Language(s) / Level:
- Chinese(native speaker) 普通話 （母語）
- English(basics) 英語 （基本應用）
IT skills:
-Familiar with Windows operating system & Microsoft office, incl. EXCEL 熟悉使用Windows 操作系統和Office辦公軟件 （包括 Excel）
Further Requirements:
Good manual dexterity 善于手工操作
