Purpose of the Job
Develop brand online marketing strategy to increase online brand awareness thus to pull new consumers to the brand.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop E-Marketing strategy based on brand position, E-Marketing scene and consumer online behaviour..
基于品牌定位，電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀和消費(fèi)者的電子商務(wù)行為發(fā)展電子商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。
- Develop Social media Strategy including Weibo, forum, Vertical sites, and related SNS to increase brand awareness.
發(fā)展包括微博、論壇等社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體戰(zhàn)略，以提升品牌影響力
- Effectively manage key agencies (design, media, search, and database agency) to build strong partnership and ensure service quality and initiatives
對(duì)關(guān)鍵服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的有效管理，以確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量
- Work with internal team and corporate Internet team to optimize the brand image and consumer interaction
與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通合作，優(yōu)化品牌形象和客戶體驗(yàn)
- SEM/SEO strategy and implementation
搜索引擎戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行
- Use web-tracking tools for traffic analysis

- Develop E-Commerce and CRM platforms.

Basic Education
Bachelor degree with digital and communication studies.電子商務(wù)和信息相關(guān)本科學(xué)歷
Work Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years work experience in E-Marketing. 5-8年電子商務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷
Personal Competencies
- Highly motivated, self-starter, action and details oriented and \"can do\" attitude. 工作積極性高，注重細(xì)節(jié)和勇挑重?fù)?dān)的態(tài)度
Social Competencies
- Good understanding of local digital environment, especially web development.
