Purpose of the Job
Contracts review and track the performance of contract rules. According to the review status and analysis result, provide the feasible advice and solution for the company sales and marketing policies.
合同的審查以及跟蹤合同內(nèi)條款的執(zhí)行情況。并根據(jù)審查狀態(tài)和分析結(jié)果，為公司市場和銷售策略提供可行性的建議和解決方案。
Tasks & Responsibilities
-Initial review contracts/agreements and modify contexts.
合同審查和格式的修訂。
-Coordinate contracts review with relevant parties, issue approved contracts/ agreements by accountable parties like KAM/Commercial, Finance Director, legal as well as Managing Director.
就合同審查等問題與相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
-Provide information of approval process/status of contracts/agreements.
提供合同審批的信息和狀態(tài)。
-Fill in the contract check list and archive documents of contracts/agreements.
填寫合同核對表并且將合同進(jìn)行歸檔處理。
-Analyse the contract risk and performance, warn the low performance to management.
分析合同風(fēng)險和完成情況，對低于合同完成情況，及時提出風(fēng)險警告。
-According to the review status and analysis result, provide the feasible advice and solution for the company sales and marketing policies.
根據(jù)審查狀態(tài)和分析結(jié)果，為公司市場和銷售策略提供可行性的建議和解決方案。
Basic Education
Bachelor or above degree in Finance
金融類本科及以上學(xué)歷
Work Experience
At least 3-years relevant working experiences
3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
