Purpose of the Job
Adjusts, operates and controls production machinery and assembly line
調節，操作和控制生產線的機器或在裝配線上工作
Tasks & Responsibilities
-Comply with Phonak EHS policies, regulations and procedures
遵守公司的各項EHS政策、規定和程序
- Complies with quality and engineering procedures.
遵守所有質量的和工程方面的規程
Comply with relative WI, Quality Control Point to properly production
根據相關作業指導書,質量控制點進行正確的生產
- Record any required documents (such as DHR, forms logbook etc.) as the written requirement.
根據要求記錄所有需要的文件（如DHR，表格，記錄本等）
-Join in quality issue analysis and solution definition.
參與質量問題的分析和解決
-Feedback abnormal production situation on line in time
及時反饋在線生產異常情況
Master trained station for the line including EHS requirement, Labour Efficiency, Quality control
掌握已崗位的資格,包括EHS規范，勞動效率，質量控制等
- Operates and maintains production machinery based on relative procedure and requirement
根據相關流程規定操作和維護生產線的機器
- Assists in tool set-up and adjustment of auxiliary production machinery.
幫助相關部門對生產工具的設置，并輔助調節生產線的機器
- Other assignments by superior 完成有需要的或主管安排的其他任務。
Basic Education
High school graduate or equivalent, major in electronic or related field高中以上，電子類專業
Work Experience
- 3 Years more work experiences in a electronic-manufacturing industry 3 年以上，電子制造業工作經驗
- Worked in a production line 有產線工作經驗.

- Hardworking and responsible for the work工作認真，負責
- Perform driven and result orientation 以成績表現為動力；以結果為導向
- Willingness to take Over-time 能接受加班工作
