注：該職位為是為與峰力聽力技術（上海）有限公司同屬一個集團的領先仿生醫療器械（上海）有限公司所招募的財務主管。

Purpose of the Job
Assist General Manager on all accounting and financial issues and performing special investigations if requested.協助總經理負責處理財務相關工作。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- To be responsible for accounting review and daily communication with Swiss HQ.
- 負責與瑞士總部往來帳務的核對，及日常事務的交流工作；
- Using Ufida NC50 to booking, ensure monthly settlement timely
- 使用用友財務軟件制作憑證并負責記賬、總賬等日常事宜，確保部門每月按時正確完成結賬工作 ；
- To be responsible for monthly payment issue, money collection, foreign currency transaction, checking AR/AP
負責每月收付款，結售匯，應收/應付款 對賬
- To be responsible for invoicing
- 開具并管理發票
- To be responsible for quarterly stock taking
- 每季度盤點庫存
- To be responsible for monthly finance and tax reports, keep communicating with tax official
- 編制公司每月財務報表和稅務申報表 ；保持與稅務專管員的溝通
- To be responsible for reports from Swiss HQ COGNOS and financial data analysis
- 每月對瑞士總部COGNOS報表編制 ；并對財務數據進行分析
- To participate annual budget and give some advice 參與公司年度預算的編制 ；
- To assist to make reimbursement policy
- 協助擬定及完善財務報銷制度及政策
- To assist external annual audit and internal half-year audit
- 協助外部審計公司對本公司年度審計工作，每年2次，分別是中國財年度和瑞士財年度的審計工作 ；
- To be responsible for annual audit for license and IIT management
- 負責公司年度聯合年檢工作和所得稅匯算清繳事務；
- Other assignments by superior
- 其他上級主管布置的工作。
Qualifications
need to have
Bachelor degree with a major in F&A 本科以上學歷，財務專業
nice to have
master of accounting or CPA preferred有CPA證書者優先
Work Experience
At least 3-5 years working experience in MNCs and preferably be familiar with foreign accounting system至少三到五年外資企業財務工作經歷，熟悉涉外會計體系
