Purpose of the Job
Support the PM to continuously develop new product and maintain the product portfolio by introducing the products, promoting the products to the local market in order to achieve the sales targets.協助產品經理不斷開發新產品和維護產品，通過產品在中國市場上的促銷活動達到銷售目標。
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for product management, including launch, phase-out and pricing, etc. 負責產品管理，包括上市、下市和定價等相關工作。
- Conduct new products launch and old products maintenance including products related marketing materials translation.進行新產品推出和老產品的維修，包括產品相關的營銷材料的翻譯。
- Provide professional support, including providing bidding material, support marketing activities and some key training session. 提供專業支持，包括招標專業資料的提供，大型會議的演講支持，個別重要培訓會。
- Responsible for communication with HQ, including marketing and product development. 負責與瑞士總部的溝通，包括市場和產品的進展等。
- Responsible for updating products information. 負責產品信息的更新。
- Other requirements by line manager. 上級主管布置的其他工作。
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with the major in Electronics, audiology or ENT 本科學歷，主修電子、聽力學或五官科
- 3 years working experience, additional sales and marketing related background is preferred. 三年以上工作經驗，銷售和營銷相關背景優先。
- Good presentation. 良好的表達方式。
- Active and idea minded. 積極的想法。
- Systematic thinking 系統思考。
- Creativity and ability to change 有創造力。
- Ability to work under pressure 能在壓力下工作。
