Key AccountabilitiesChampion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing), and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.Understand client-specific acumen.Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.SkillsGood verbal and written communication skillsSolid sourcing and candidate relationship building skillsEffective interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority settingThe ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.Comfortable with cold-call prospecting, networking, marketing, sourcing and recruiting.Focused / aggressive work ethicMarketing mindset and attitudeStrong work ethic with a commitment to resultsTeam player Education· Bachelor’s degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.
