Manager all the admin duties & resonsibilities for Shanghai Office ans support the Regional Office as required.Maintain corporate standards in formatting,English for commercial proposals and legal agreementsResponsibilities:Coordinate and schedule the meetings of the Execs and develop business presentations.Prepare, arange and file all documents as required.Support the development and standardization of country SOP.Maintain good records and copies of all signed principal contracts and letter of consents and ensure quality of internal and external customer service ans support.Responsible for GM's admin affairs.Qualifications:FemaleBachelor degree from secretarial schoolMinimum 5 years of working experience in secretarial or administative functions with Sr.ExecsAble to type English-Chinese and operate MS Office applications and internetGood interpersonal skills and service mindedGood command of written and oral English.
